Responsibilities
As an entrepreneurial intern at Neu Media Technology, solving real business problems and having real opportunities to decide how and what you want to earn will be a day to day affair. You will be exposed to not just your part of the team, but every other part as well. We work in a closely knit team to work together to deliver to the client.
Here you can develop your management, technical and business skills all in one place. With ongoing solution designs and presentations, contract negotiations, project management and delivery, and even handle scalable, technologically demanding software projects right down to the code itself. You will be afforded countless opportunities at many levels of the delivery chain to deliver the utmost value and significant impact to the end client and user. The best part of all, you will get to see the results that you and your team build together, which is offers a level of satisfaction beyond what a usual “job” offers.
You will be working directly with the Managing Director, Solutions Architect and Business Director for a minimum of 6 months. You will eventually have the opportunity to be part of phase 2 founding team depending on your performance.
Key Positions
Business Development
- Key Responsibilities
Build business plans to grow the business and be afforded the opportunity to execute them
Research and learn about your competitors and drive strategies to stand out in the market
Design and propose operational strategies to improve the value delivery chain
Establish and nurture clientele to grow presence in Singapore and overseas
Work with and strengthen existing ties and structure plans to further that relationship
Be on the front line when pitching and presenting to new clients with the Managing Director
Full Stack Developer
- Key Responsibilities
Work closely with clients to translate business needs into technical requirements - this is a growing need for the future
Work with and enhance business software to provide stronger insights, faster performance, and robustness
To work with teams to brainstorm effective solutions, coordinate effort and deliver on time
To build and deliver mobile applications (android and iOS) that integrate with the cloud solution
Learn and build automated, scalable and robust cloud technology, such as Docker and Ansible, to support growing clientele
Be exposed to the full stack of development from server right up to client or mobile device. Feel the satisfaction of making the whole line up work.
Project Manager
- Key Responsibilities
Be exposed to manage shared resources across multiple concurrent projects
Effectively manage multiple projects to deliver on time and on target
Meet and lead client meetings to gather user requirements, allocate resources and facilitate the successful delivery of the solution
Facilitate business developers in drafting feasible, practical solutions to suit the needs of the end client
To facilitate in providing functional training to the clients such that they can use the system effectively in their day-to-day operations

Note: The good news is, there will be an internship allowance.
After your Basic Training phase, you will be required to lead and run on your own, and effectively contribute to the team.
For Business Staff: You would be required to lead and run on your own. Where commissions are concerned, it would depend on the deals you have successfully made and close.
For Technical Staff: You would be required to be independent in handling the technology bits. Your performance will be assessed based on the cases/issues you close and your initiative in building constructive tools for the business.
Should your experience with us be successful and meaningful, we would be willing to explore the possibility of retaining you for permanent positions and grooming you to one day run your own startup business.
